" Give Oneself Airs/ Put On Airs"，便是指裝腔作勢，擺出了不起的姿態。

To give oneself airs or put on airs is to act as as if one is better or more important than others.

Example

" In the bag", 是肯定有把握或稳操胜算的意思。这一个用词出自打猎，猎人将猎物袋进猎囊(Game-bag)里。

Example

'If i do well on my examination my promotion will be in the bag, ' ahlang said.

She is saying that her promotion is assured.

It is a certainty. There can be no doubt about it.

" Once you have been promoted your future will be in the bag," her father smiled.

But, the reality is i have to go to Uni tomorrow. =.= Oh Lord~~
